Privacy policy
Memorie Backup is a privately operated recovery utility managed by SJ-INSIDES for the Cross-AI Memory Hub. This page explains its intended handling of Google user data and backup contents. It is not a consumer backup product.
Access and information handled
When its owner grants Google OAuth authorization, the utility may use that authorization to create, list, read back for verification, and manage encrypted recovery archives in the owner-selected Google Drive recovery folder. Google OAuth credentials and tokens are intended to be kept in restricted GitHub Actions secrets, not in website pages or publicly accessible repositories. The requested Google Drive OAuth scope may technically permit broader Drive access than the intended recovery folder; the utility is designed to use only that designated folder.
Backup contents and security
Recovery archives may contain private application database information. The intended workflow encrypts database exports before uploading them to Google Drive. The matching private decryption key is intended to be held separately by the operator. No backup contents are displayed on this website. Cloudflare may process routine web-request technical data to serve this public informational site.
Use, sharing and retention
Data access is solely for owner-authorized backup, verification and recovery. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties for marketing. Google Drive, GitHub Actions, Cloudflare and Supabase may act as infrastructure providers as configured by the operator. Backup retention and deletion are operator controlled; the scheduled retention mechanism is not yet operational. Recovery snapshots must be managed to respect applicable erasure obligations. The private golden source-code baseline must not include live memory records.
Revocation and deletion
The Google account owner may revoke application authorization in Google Account security settings and may remove recovery archives from Drive. Revoking authorization stops future Google Drive access but does not itself remove files already stored. Contact the operator to request information or deletion of data controlled by this utility.
Google API data policy
Use and transfer of information obtained via Google APIs is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements where applicable.
